USPS First Class packages can take up to 10 transit days. USPS Priority can take up to 7 transit days. USPS does not count Sunday as a transit day. We encourage you to call the post office to check on your package. We can only see the same tracking information that you can see. The post office might be able to provide more information. If your order has taken longer than 10 transit days to arrive, please contact Customer Relations.
FedEx packages are guaranteed on-time delivery. The delivery window varies depending upon the service you select. We have a list of their services here. Keep in mind that FedEx doesn't count Saturdays or Sundays as transit days. If your FedEx package is late or appears to be missing, please contact Customer Relations.
