Generally, any order placed by 1 PM CT Monday through Thursday, is picked by FedEx or USPS that same day. Everything after 1pm will be processed on our next work day.
We’d like you to know a couple things about our shipping.
First, we believe strongly in giving our staff time with their families, so we don't work on Friday, weekends or federal holidays. Second, very large orders may take longer than one business day for us to prepare for shipping. A note about expedited shipping: paying for expedited shipping provides expedited transit times. "Transit time" means how long it takes for your order to get to you after it has left our facility. Processing time (the time it takes to process, prepare, produce, pack, and ship* your order) for orders with expedited shipping will still be approximately 1 business day for most items.
* By “Ship,” we mean the day we deliver your order to the post office or the day it is picked up by UPS or FedEx
If there are any shipping delays due to holidays and/or closures, we post shipping notifications at the very top of our homepage to help you choose the shipping option that will be best for you. We also share this information through social media outlets.
