Newcomers have a lot to learn in regards to e-smoking. The team at Johnson Creek Enterprises has created a series of articles and videos to help people learn about vaping. This one is meant to help you learn how to attach a cartomizer to the Vea Electronic Cigarette battery.
The Vea Electronic Cigarette is a two-piece design e-cig. This means the atomizer and flavor cartridge are in one piece called a "cartomizer". The cartomizer is one piece and the battery is the second piece.
At Johnson Creek Enterprises, LLC, we have two types of blank cartomizers available. Both types are 510 threaded. Revision 2.0 cartomizers are in a box. Inside the box they are individually wrapped. The Revision 3.0 cartomizers are in a box also, but inside the box they are in a blister pack.
If you’re using 2.0 cartomizers with your e-cigarette, you need to open the plastic wrapping. These also have two white silicone pieces that can be discarded. The black tip is the part that goes in your mouth and the metal threaded end screws into the e-cigarette battery.
If you’re using 3.0 cartomizers with your electronic cigarette, all you need to do is pop the cartomizer and cartomizer tip through the foil. The threaded end attaches to your e-cigarette battery and the rubber tip is the part that goes in your mouth.
After you have filled your cartomizer, you screw it into your Vea® electronic cigarette battery by lining up the threads and turning the cartomizer clock-wise. The Press-On Cartomizer Cover fits over the cartomizer and rests against the rubber ring on the battery. To remove the cartomizer, turn it counter-clock-wise. The cartomizer should be snug and stable, but don’t over-tighten it. Over-tightening can damage the threads of the e-cigarette battery.
